This is not just for the athletes. This service is for anyone who wants therapeutic treatment work like with a Physical Therapist. This modality includes deep tissue massage work combined with stretching to facilitate healing, increase range of motion (joint mobilization) and most efficacy of circulation of blood flow to the problem areas.

Specific massage and trigger point work on the feet can also be done on the hands if desired.

For the parts that are sore and need more attention, any acute or chronic issues or a full body tension release experience. This modality of massage includes trigger point release aka PNMT (precision neuromuscular therapy) and myofascial release. A moderate to a tolerant firm pressure is used.
